CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request all cancellations notifications be completed 48 hours in advance via TEXT or PHONE CALL only. A voicemail notifying of your cancelation must be provided if you are unable speak to us directly when calling. Email will NOT qualify as notice of a cancelled appointment. Initial deposits are fully refundable as long as cancellation/reschedule is completed at least 48 hours prior to appointment. If cancellation/reschedule is requested with less than 48 hours notice, all pre-paid deposits/service fees are nonrefundable, nor will be applied to any future service. Cancellations/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment total. Cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 75% of the appointment total. Same day cancellations/rescheduling and no-shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment total. In order to effectively manage availability without the implementation of a waitlist, 1 reschedule per appointment is permitted. Payment then becomes non-refundable and non-transferable to any future appointments. A second reschedule request or deciding to cancel a rescheduled appointment will result in forfeit of deposit or a fee 50% of the appointment total if deposit has not been paid. This fee will need to be fulfilled prior to the acceptance of any future appointments.
